Refund Policy

If you no longer require the product, you may return it for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original box and/or packaging.
  • Please print and complete the returns slip included in your delivery and include it with your returned package. We are unable to process returns without this form.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Processing Your Return

  • Once your return is received, we will aim to inspect your item within 72 hours of receipt.  We will then commence the refund process or notify you if there is an issue.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.
  • Please note depending on your card issuer, it may take an additional 2–10 working days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exceptions

  • Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • If goods are returned damaged due to lack of reasonable care while in your possession, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.


Damaged Items

We work in line with the Consumer Right Act, and we strive to provide high quality goods, if however, you receive goods which are damaged please contact our Customer Service Team, as soon as reasonably possible, within 14 days from receipt of goods and either a replacement product or refund will be organised.

Faulty Items

If you suspect a fault with your product, please refer to the instruction booklet as it may be easily resolved. Alternatively, please contact our customer service team for assistance. 

If the problem cannot be resolved and the product is confirmed as faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund.   Faults must be brought to our attention as soon as reasonably possible.

Please note, when a repair or replacement is provided there will be no extension of the guarantee period.

Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received an incorrect product, please contact our customer service team.   Any return postage for errors by Styling Products UK Limited will be refunded to the value of our return postage fee £4.50. 

Please note that your product contents may vary. This can occur with colours, blades, combs and other accessories within the kit.

Right to Cancel – Cancelling your order

If you are a consumer, purchasing goods online, over the phone or by post, you have a 14-day cancellation period from delivery date. 

Unwanted Items

We know that you will be pleased with your purchase from Styling Product UK Limited, however, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.  If the goods are returned used, you will lose your right to cancel.  If a product is sold as part of a product combination including free or discounted items, the bundled products must all be returned. 

To return unwanted goods they must be unused and in a re-saleable condition and in the original, undamaged, unopened product packaging with hygiene seals intact and labels still attached.  We suggest that you obtain proof of posting for your own records (in case of loss or damage in transit).

You have 14 days from the day after you receive the goods, to return your unwanted item to us. Please return the goods to us, unused with the original packaging to Styling Products UK Limited.  You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost.

We reserve the right to deduct up to 50% of item(s) sale price from the refund or credit if an item is received unsuitable for resale as new to reflect the goods diminished value. This will assessed once the product has been received. 

Please note: Used goods will not be refunded but returned to the customer.

Please be aware that Gift Vouchers are non-returnable.

Any returns or exchanges on items purchased at events or shows will attract a standard return delivery charge.

Please remember to include a Returns Form or, if you prefer, a covering letter including your full name, address, contact telephone number, order number and email address so we know who the package is from in order to process your return.   Although this is a rare occurrence, we highly recommend using recorded post so that you can track your package should it go astray.

Once received in line with the above, we will refund the full purchase price paid at the time of ordering via the payment method originally used for purchase within 7 working days of receipt of the unwanted item.

We guarantee that our products will be of satisfactory quality inline to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 

Please note that blade wear, batteries and other consumables are not covered under the terms of our guarantee.

 

Warranties

Please note that warranties are only valid for items shipped within the United Kingdom. Most manufacturers provide their own warranty terms, which are detailed online or within our catalogue under the relevant product information.

Warranties cover components used in accordance with appropriate working practices, such as motors, casings, and power leads. If it is determined that an item has been misused or damaged through improper use, the warranty will be deemed void.

During inspection, if a defect is found to have arisen due to misuse, damage, fair wear and tear, negligence, failure to follow product instructions, abnormal working conditions, or any unauthorised alterations to the goods, the warranty will be rendered invalid.

We reserve the right to consult an independent specialist to assess any items in question. A copy of the independent evaluation will be made available to the customer upon request.

If a claim is made on a clipper during the warranty period and results in a repair or replacement, the repaired or replacement clipper will not be covered by a new warranty. The original warranty period remains in effect and is calculated from the original date of purchase.
