All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT. 

Delivery charges will appear at checkout, where applicable, and are payable by you. 

No contract exists between you and Styling Products UK Limited T/a Andis UK until your order has been accepted and payment has been received. We will not supply any products or services until payment has been authorised, and we reserve the right to verify the identity of the credit or debit card holder before processing the order.

Styling Products UK Limited T/a Andis UK reserves the right to decline any order at its sole discretion and is not obligated to provide a reason. If your order is declined or cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued. For orders placed outside the UK, credit or debit card transactions will be converted at the exchange rate determined by your card provider at the time of processing.

Distance Selling Regulations 

Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods aren’t faulty. We will offer a refund to customers if you have notified us in writing within 14 days of receipt of your order that you wish to return your goods. Cancelled goods must be returned to Styling Products UK Limited T/a Andis UK within a further 14 days after we have been notified. We will refund customers within 14 days of receiving the goods back.  No reason for return is required, but items must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging.

Security

Our credit and debit card transactions are processed using Shopify Payments. This is an approved payments solution provider for most major banks or financial institutions. All card numbers are encrypted using a 128bit encryption. Online transactions can also be processed using PayPal. This information is not kept or passed on to us.

Promotional Offers and Discounts

Promotional terms and conditions apply to all offers, promotions and discounts unless otherwise stated.

Promotions are subject to availability and only while stocks last. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, offers or offer codes.

Some products may have discounts already applied, such as current discounted products, clearance and special price items, therefore promotional codes and vouchers may not be applicable or work. If an offer or discount has ended, it will not be redeemed.

If a product does not meet the customer’s expectations based on the description provided, it may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Product prices displayed on the website are current at the time of publication and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices from time to time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
